Hexial is the solo project of Alex Herington from Nottingham in the UK, also known for dark synth-pop band Method Cell. 

He commissioned this animation as a music video to accompany the track Lost in the Neon City.  The action follows what appears to be some sort of futuristic probe on a journey through a sci fi landscape, but is all what it seems?
